This program is ideal for children ages 3-5 years. It is a program which runs 3 times per week for 30min per class. It serves as an introduction to Tae Kwon Do in order to prepare young students for the day they can join the traditional class.
We aim to progress the knowledge, confidence, and abilities of all our students, even at this young age. While our Little Warriors are learning the basics of Tae Kwon Do, they also have some fun and games each class.

6 classes each week are available for beginner students ages 5-12, with more classes becoming available as their level increases.
Each class consists of a warm up and stretching, followed by technique, forms, and self defence training.
We aim to provide high quality training, but also to go beyond kicking and punching. We put a focus on building characteristics of Respect, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, and Self Control.

It is never too late to begin training .We have classes each week for beginner level students, with additional classes available as students advance.
