Lil' Warriors Classes
For 3-5 Yrs.
This program is ideal for children ages 3-5 years. It is a program which runs 3 times per week for 30min per class. It serves as an introduction to Tae Kwon Do in order to prepare young students for the day they can join the traditional class.
We aim to progress the knowledge, confidence, and abilities of all our students, even at this young age. While our Little Warriors are learning the basics of Tae Kwon Do, they also have some fun and games each class.

Kids & Teens Martial Arts
For 6-15 Yrs
The benefits of Martial Arts training are innumerable. Beyond physically becoming fitter, stronger, and healthier, Martial Arts helps to shape the mind and confidence of all students.
No matter your age, child or adult, your Martial Arts journey begins with a single step. Classes are a welcoming environment, in which the student learns their own power, and develops their knowledge of traditional Tae Kwon Do.
5 classes each week are available for beginner students ages 6-15, with more classes becoming available as their level increases.
Each class consists of a warm up and stretching, followed by technique, forms, and self defence training. We also include Weapons Training which sets us apart from other Tae Kwon Do schools.
We aim to provide high quality training, but also to go beyond kicking and punching. We put a focus on building characteristics of Respect, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, and Self Control.
In addition to our Evening and Weekend classes, we offer a full After School Program for your convenience.

Adult Martial Arts
16+ Yrs Old
Many adults are looking for a different way to keep fit besides going to a traditional gym. Martial Arts is a fantastic way to gain fitness, while at the same time learning self defense skills.
It is never too late to begin training .We have classes each week specifically for Adults, with additional classes available as students advance.
Each class consists of warm-up and stretching, followed by instruction in proper technique, forms, weaponry, and self defense.

Sparring Class
Take your training to the next level!
These classes are for all Warriors who want to take their skills and apply them to the next level. Take you skills that you have developed in your recreational classes, and learn to apply them to partner and sparring situations.
If you are a Martial Arts Warrior, we recommend being at least a Green Belt.
If you are below this level, but interested in getting started, please talk to your instructor for their recommendation on starting early.
What you'll learn
Sparring class will take the skills you have begun to develop, and elevate them to a real opponent situation.
You will be guided through how to apply striking and defense skills. We will introduce new skills and drills each class, and coach you on how to apply those skills to your sparring matches.
Though this is a contact class, we ensure a respectful, safe environment. There is a difference between "fighting" and sparring. Controlled contact and respect between participants is key.
What you'll need
You need to develop the skills before learning to apply them. So some time spent in the recreational classes first is key.
Once you are ready to begin sparring class, you will require the following:
- Sparring Kit (includes Head gear, gloves, shin pads, foot pads, mouth guard, gym bag)
-Commitment! This is not class you should just drop into once in a while. It is recommended to attend consistently to build your skills.

Weapons Classes
Earn a Black Belt in Weaponry
Earn a Black Belt in the exquisite and intricate art of Haidong Gumdo, the Korean Samurai Sword Art.
Speak to your instructor about getting started.
You will also be taught Bo Staff, Nun Chucks, Kama, Tonfa, and Sai. Basically everything you need to be a real life Ninja Turtle.
SELF DEFENSE CLASS
What We Do
This class focuses on real world self defense. Learn now to de-escalate negative situations, defensive posture and language, and effective escapes from attacks such as wrist grabs, chokes, bear hugs, pushing, and more.
Who Can Attend?
All students are welcome, however we recommend to be at least Green Belt before attending.
