These classes run every Tuesday at 7:30pm and are designed to introduce youth ages 6-14 to the world of Fitness and Kickboxing. We aim to teach proper skills and technique to promote habits of health, wellness, and safety for younger generations. Unlike other Youth Fitness programs, we have designed a curriculum for the students so that they can actually gauge the advancement of their skills.
People of all ages benefit from physical activity. We all know how hard it can be to be motivated. We want to get young kids movin' early, to form healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
These classes won't just help kids with their fitness. They will help them build self confidence, and build a community of other children who can support and motivate each other. Fun and Friendship is our class motto!
