Self Defense Class

What we do

This class focuses on real world self defense. Learn now to de-escalate negative situations, defensive posture and language, and effective escapes from attacks such as wrist grabs, chokes, bear hugs, pushing, and more.

Who can attend?

This class is open to ALL Warriors from both our Fitness and Martial Arts Programs at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

All ages are welcome, however we recommend kids be at least Green Stripe Belt before attending.

How do I start?

Ask your instructor if this class is suitable for you, and to answer any questions about training.
